My service isn’t done once delivery is over. I will stay with you after you give birth to make sure you are bonding and resting. I will also keep in contact with you to conduct follow-up visits and to provide any assistance you need during your postpartum journey. If you are in need of additional care overnight for your newborn, I offer that as well!

Every day that you live brings you closer to fulfilling your calling and purpose if you live your life in Christ. Sometimes God does not give us the complete download of what our future will look like, but the experiences we have on the way will somehow and someway be useful where He wants you to be. Never have I seen this and known this more. From I was a little child, I would say that I wanted to be an OBGYN, and then I would say I wanted to be an OBGYN or a Pediatrician. I would then go on to say that I wanted to be a teacher. Because I wasn’t the best in sciences, I knew that being a teacher, I would get to be around the “littles”.
As early as I can remember, I have always loved babies. If you saw me at church, it was more than likely that you would see me with a baby in my hand or near someone that had a baby. Similarly, if I saw a pregnant woman, you would see me near them in hopes that I would get an opportunity to feel the baby move or kick. Pregnancy and babies were always things that piqued my interest and that I was drawn to. I just wanted to be around to help the mommy, help the baby and just love on them. One of the other things that I have always been passionate about is helping people in need… which I think I get from my mother (she’s ALWAYS helping someone).
Throughout all my life experiences and opportunities, God fashioned life and time and opened doors in such a way that would allow me to know where He wants me to be and how my path is necessary. Words of life spoken over me many times and times spent with the Lord have me well aware of my path, and I am happy to follow Him as He leads me. My desire to help others, coupled with my love for pregnancy and babies, as well as my graduate degree in education has led to me to where I am now, and who I am now… CERTIFIED BIRTH DOULA.
My goal and desire is to not only follow ABBA’s lead, but also to use the gifting that He has given me to connect with mothers and their partner to provide support as they journey through pregnancy, to labor and delivery, and finally postpartum. God has allowed me to give birth to four beautiful babies in the natural, but in the spirit, He’s now birthed GENERATIONS DOULA CARE, LLC. in me and through me, and through this company, lives will be changed for His glory… from generation to generation.
